Specific warranty terms regarding UV stabilization, drainage, and wear are provided in writing upon completion of the contract.

4. Punctuality & Multi-State Service Factors

We serve a massive geographical area from Long Beach, CA to Austin, TX. While we are known for rapid completion (often in just one or two days), HaloTurf is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Extreme Weather: Heatwaves, heavy rain, or wind events that impact ground preparation and adhesive bonding.
  • Regional Logistics: Heavy Southern California or Central Texas traffic impacting crew arrival.
  • Site Conditions: Unforeseen drainage issues, underground rock formations, or unmarked utility lines that require remediation before turf can be laid.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of the turf product and the labor associated with the specific installation contract. We are not responsible for damage to the turf caused by third-party chemicals, excessive heat sources (such as window reflections), or lack of proper cleaning.
