At HaloTurf, we understand the importance of providing our clients with peace of mind when investing in synthetic turf products. That’s why we offer an exceptional 15-year warranty on all of our turf products, coupled with a 2-year warranty on all installation labor.
Unlike traditional grass or sod, our synthetic turf is guaranteed to maintain its quality and durability for years to come. Our commercial and residential turf installations are protected by our comprehensive warranty, which safeguards against premature wear and tear resulting from normal use.
If within 15 years of manufacture, your turf suffers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation due to natural light exposure, HaloTurf will repair or replace the affected area free of charge or issue a credit equal to the cost of the synthetic grass material. Our warranty coverage extends over a 15-year period, with 100% coverage during the first 8 years, 50% coverage in years 9-12, and 25% coverage in years 13-15.

Our professional commercial and residential turf installs are all covered by our 15-year warranty on all of our synthetic grass. This protects you against premature wear and tear of your physical turf, during normal use of the product. If within 15 years from the date of manufacture suffers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation due to exposure to natural light within the same 15 year period, HaloTurf will come in and 1) repair or replace the affected area without charge to the customer 2) issue credit equal to the cost of the synthetic grass material.
Coverage Years 1-8 are 100% covered, Years 9-12 are 50%, and Years 13-15 have 25%.

What is not covered by our warranty?
The warranty does not cover the matting of the turf, regardless of the cause. The warranty will only apply to turf purchased directly from HaloTurf. The warranty will only apply to the affected area of the turf. The warranty does not include the installation of the turf. The warranty does not cover surface deterioration caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, inappropriate footwear, tobacco products, chemicals or cleaning agents, fire, floods, vandalism, or acts of God.
